The dedicated staff of CES offers a wealth of experience in human services, education and the world of work.

Under the leadership of co-founder and Executive Director Shirley Rodriguez, our agency has been in the forefront of providing communiy services for more than 20 years. CES is a San Francisco Bay Area pioneer in providing employment services to people with disabilities and the local business community.

At CES we work collaboratively, with employers, clients and one another, to share our knowledge and training in rehabilitation counseling and special education. Additionally, we have our many years of working with individuals with various disabilities and firsthand experience as workers and supervisors ourselves in an array of business.

CES staff successfully bridges the desire, motivation and rights of persons with disabilities to work, with an understanding of the realities, demands and needs employers face. Our goal is to help our clients and employers achieve mutually satisfying long term employment relationships. We are available for support, consultation and assistance from the initial pre-employment stages throughout the duration of employment. We pride ourselves on providing responsive, personal attention to employers and clients alike.
